Frauscher Sensor Technologies wanted more than a new office. In a post-2020 world, they wanted a workplace that would draw their people back in, rebuild connection, and support creativity and wellbeing every day. Designed in conjunction with Merit Interiors, the project started with the people, not the floor plan. How the team collaborates, where they need quiet, and how the space could balance work and rest. That thinking shaped a workplace of distinct zones: dedicated spaces for team interaction, quiet retreats for focus and recovery, and client-facing areas kept carefully separate from the playful ones, so professionalism and personality can each have their place.

CALM, CONNECTED, AND A LITTLE BIT FUN
The design keeps the atmosphere soft and settled. A subtle, calming palette runs throughout, and curved architectural lines create a natural flow from zone to zone. The breakout space is filled with live plants and flexible seating, made for spontaneous conversations or a quiet moment of reflection. A pool table and gaming areas give the team a genuine escape, because rest is part of performance, not a break from it. Bespoke furniture and careful space planning kept the build seamless, with the schedule aligned to Frauscher's operations so the team was never disrupted. The result is a workplace where people feel engaged, relaxed, and supported, and where connection happens naturally. People are not machines. This space respects that.
